I’m excited to share that we’ve enhanced our paid parental leave – all new parents are eligible to receive four weeks of fully paid parental leave to bond with their children. Birth mothers are eligible to receive an additional 8 weeks of fully paid pregnancy leave, for a total of 12 weeks fully paid leave.
We’re proud to support colleagues with new family members, regardless of how those families are formed including adoption, surrogate, foster care, guardianship or other parent-child relationships. Our U.S. colleagues are eligible for this benefit after they complete 30 days as an active member of our AvePoint team.
