ATEP is AvePoint's internship and early-career development program designed to help participants build both technical expertise and professional skills through real customer and business experiences. Through hard work and mentorship from my leads, I was fortunate to be recognized as a Stellar Performer Awardee at AvePoint Cebu. Since then, I've been entrusted with leading business analyst teams on projects in the education and government sectors, as well as for private agencies. I've just celebrated my second work anniversary in Singapore, having handled over ten different projects and worked with great colleagues from China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Europe.
