About the workshop:

The heart of business productivity lies with the information worker. Never has one person been able to do so much, both independently and in collaboration with others. And never before has IT faced such high expectations.

Information workers demand the ability to communicate critical business information with rich documents, presentations and spreadsheets; the ability to share that information quickly and securely with reliable communications solutions; and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, customers and partners alike.

Discover the features of Office 365 and Windows 10 that can help unlock user potential and maximise business productivity.

Through our one-day complimentary workshop, we aim to help you exploit Windows 10 and some of the most useful Office 365 tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups, SharePoint Online; OneDrive for Business and Yammer.

Agenda

Join our workshop to learn how to:

  • Improve Collaboration

With so many collaboration tools to choose from nowadays—Microsoft Teams, Office 365 Groups, SharePoint, Exchange, Yammer—what should organisations use and when?

    We shall discuss how to:

    • Enable your employees and teams to go beyond using Office 365 as a document repository
    • Leverage Office 365’s full collaboration capabilities to deliver day-to-day services

  • Enhance Communication

Understand which Office 365 tools your employees can use to communicate with each other. We shall discuss how the following 3 factors can help you decide which tool to use:

    • Audience: with whom do you need to communicate?
    • Tone: how do you want to express yourself?
    • Speed: how quickly do you need to communicate?

  • Boost User Adoption & Productivity

We will present how you can:

    • Leverage training and education that can help drive productivity and adoption across your business
    • Measure user adoption success
    • Drive adoption and engage your users productively

  • Making Governance your ally, not your foe.

It is easier than ever for end-users to create a Microsoft Team or Office 365 Group.

Learn how to right size governance for your organisation and how you can prevent sprawl and ensure the right permissions and privacy settings while automating life-cycle, retention and expiration for documents and work-spaces.

  • Taming the data hoarders

Solving the collaboration puzzle is just the first part, it still leaves the problem of having information stored in multiple repositories. File shares, documents, legacy systems, metadata…..it can be overwhelming if you are planning a brand-new Office 365 implementation or supporting the SharePoint site you already have. Learn how to organise users who keep everything, everywhere; about locations that users typically hoard their data; and what type of data they could be hoarding.
