Office 365 has more than 155 million monthly active users worldwide and Microsoft Teams is the fastest growing business application in Microsoft’s history. The new updates to AvePoint Cloud Governance allows organizations to safely collaborate with external users by providing more granular control over which Office 365 workspaces and data can be shared with external parties.
New policy level controls—which can be applied to Office 365 Groups, Microsoft teams and Modern SharePoint Team sites—ensure each workspace has the appropriate level of external sharing based on the use and type of information stored in that workspace.
