As AvePoint's Chief Financial Officer, Jim oversees all aspects of AvePoint's global financial operations, ensuring the Company has the financial discipline, data and infrastructure needed to scale efficiently and create long-term shareholder value.
Experience and Area of Expertise:
Jim has over 25 years of experience leading the strategic finance operations at a number of publicly and privately held SaaS and IT service companies. In addition, Jim served as the CFO of our company from 2010 to 2013.

Jim has a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
