Since joining AvePoint in 2013, Dux has served in a variety of leadership roles — including Chief Brand Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer for Public Sector, and Vice President of Customer Strategy & Solutions — building the cross-functional depth that this role requires. In his current role, he works directly with enterprise customers, partners, and channel ecosystems to accelerate AI adoption, drive data governance transformation, and unlock the business value that serious AI initiatives demand.
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership, Dux is recognized by Microsoft as a Regional Director — one of approximately 200 professionals worldwide hand-picked for their cross-platform expertise and executive influence — and a 16-year Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in Microsoft 365 and Copilot. Experience and Area of Expertise:
Prior to AvePoint, Dux held leadership roles at Innovative-e, Inc. and Quantum X, where he led business development, sales, and marketing strategy. He is also a member of the Fast Company Executive Board and the Voices for Innovation Advisory Task Force, and serves as a mentor at Microsoft for Startups.
Credentials & Certifications:
Dux holds a BS in Telecommunications Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and a BS in Electronics Engineering from De La Salle University in Manila. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the Microsoft Regional Director designation and Microsoft MVP recognition in Microsoft 365 and M365 Copilot.
