Dux is the CMO of AvePoint. With over 20 years of business and technology experience, he’s been a driving force behind digital transformations for commercial, educational and public sector organizations all over the world! A sought after public speaker who’s best friends with the camera—and exceptionally personable too—he’s also a published author of “SharePoint for Project Management.” As a Microsoft Regional Director (RD) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), he’s a tireless advocate of diversity, inclusion & technology who’s written numerous whitepapers, articles, and delivered engaging interactive presentations at leading industry events worldwide. When he’s not globetrotting, or invigorating audiences, Dux lives in Washington, DC with his amazing wife and 2 kids. In his free time, he enjoys running along the Potomac River, sampling the most exotic foods ever (grilled scorpion, anyone?)

John Peluso

John Peluso is AvePoint’s Chief Product Officer. In this role, he aligns product and business strategy, leading the conception and design of software solutions with a focus on product market-fit and optimal customer value. Prior to this role, John has held several leadership roles over his 10+ year tenure at AvePoint, including SVP of Product Strategy, Director of Education, and Chief Technology Officer, Public Sector. A leader in the technology industry, John is also a Microsoft RD and MVP.

Before coming to AvePoint, John held a variety of technology and business roles at New Horizons Northeast and New Horizons of Central and Northern NJ which contribute to his over 25 years of expertise. He earned his undergraduate degree from The New School.

Tom Gawczynski

As the Vice President of Solution Engineering, Tom Gawczynski enables AvePoint's global customers with software solutions and services to ensure success within their Office 365 and SharePoint deployments. Prior to joining AvePoint in 2015, Tom had been working in IT since 2005 and prior to joining AvePoint was an IT Director for a K-12 school district in Illinois that served 1,100 faculty and staff and 5,600 students. Tom's focus is currently centered on successfully turning on the lights in Office 365 without encountering friction around security and governance needs.

Tony Coppa

Tony Coppa is Vice President of Product Strategy at AvePoint and is responsible for leading product vision, as well as helping customers balance innovation and governance in their journey to the cloud. Tony has more than 15 years of experience in helping organizations understand how they can drive secure collaboration and business productivity through an effective use of technology. With a technical background in the Microsoft stack of collaboration products, and having held both technical and business management roles, Tony has a deep understanding of the priorities and concerns of both sides of the organization.

John Hodges

John is the SVP of Product Strategy at AvePoint, focusing on developing compliance solutions that address modern data privacy, classification, and data protection needs for organizations worldwide. John has been actively engaged in the SharePoint community for several years, working with many Fortune 500 companies to drive sustainable adoption of Microsoft technology and optimize SharePoint’s larger purpose-built implementations. John’s insights and opinions on modern Information Technology can be found in various industry publications, as well as throughout this numerous speaking sessions in webinars and at events worldwide.
