About the Role
Own and execute global campaign operations across the GTM organization, ensuring campaigns are deployed accurately, on time, and in alignment with business objectives. This role is accountable for:
- Campaign execution excellence: campaigns are built, tested, launched and monitored with high quality and operational consistency.
- Process optimization: campaign workflows, intake processes and execution standards support scalable marketing operations.
- Stakeholder alignment: marketing teams receive operational support to successfully deliver regional and global campaign initiatives.
What will you be doing?
1. Campaign Execution and Delivery
• Build, QA, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns according to campaign briefs and SLAs.
• Execute campaign assets including emails, forms, landing pages, nurture programs, and audience segmentation.
• Manage campaign schedules and ensure on-time delivery across global and regional programs.
• Conduct thorough pre-launch quality assurance covering targeting, personalization, links, rendering, and compliance requirements.
• Support localization and regional adaptations while maintaining execution consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance indicators and identify operational improvements.
2. Cross-Functional Partnership
• Serve as the primary operational partner for Demand Generation, ABX, Events, Field Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with content, digital marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Communicate campaign timelines, risks, and execution status to stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across teams to improve campaign execution efficiency and consistency.
3. Campaign Planning and Workflow Management
• Manage campaign prioritization and execution workflows across global marketing teams.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness activities.
• Maintain campaign documentation, execution standards, and operation playbooks.
• Partner with stakeholders to define campaign requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Ensure campaign requests are scoped appropriately and aligned with operational capacity.
4. Campaign Process Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, reduce execution risk, and increase operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain campaign execution best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze campaign delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support automation and workflow enhancements that improve campaign scalability.
• Contribute to operational reporting and campaign performance reviews.

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or demand generation support.
- Hands-on experience building and executing marketing campaigns, including email, nurture, webinar, event, and integrated digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, campaign QA, and launch management.
- Experience managing campaign workflows, intake processes, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of campaign measurement, attribution fundamentals, UTM tracking, and marketing reporting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Experience partnering with regional and global marketing teams.
