SharePoint Management Visualized in a Single Infographic

AvePoint recently ran a survey sweepstakes giving the North American SharePoint community a chance to win a pair of Beats by Dre headphones. We are happy to announce that Tom Benjamin is the winner! Enjoy your prize, Tom!

The survey was conducted using a web-based tool and distributed via email to people who currently use or had previous exposure to Microsoft SharePoint technologies. From June 24 to July 31, 2015, participants answered a series of multiple choice questions asking them to describe their knowledge of and experience using SharePoint.

By the end of survey, 1,170 people responded. Those who responded are employed in a variety of industries, including but not limited to government, education, finance, health, technology, and manufacturing.

What did we learn from the results?

Well – if you’re an overworked SharePoint or IT admin struggling to manage your deployment using only native capabilities with little to no guidance: You are not alone! The results from our respondents showed many were not sure how to devise or properly execute solutions to problems they had assessing, fixing, enforcing, automating, or driving adoption of SharePoint.

To help, AvePoint created a visual road map pooling together the results from this survey with survival tips from our Survival Guide for SharePoint. Click through the infographic below and learn how to not only survive, but conquer the SharePoint Jungle!
