At AvePoint, our Core Values aren’t just words we put up on our walls in our global offices – they’re ingrained into the very DNA of each and every one of our colleagues around the world.

Every quarter, we recognize three of our colleagues who bring our core values of Agility, Passion, and Teamwork to life at AvePoint. For more information on our Core Values, check out our recent blog post on the topic.

To make sure our Core Values remain at the forefront of everything we do, we offer the AvePoint Peer Recognition Program. Throughout the year, our global colleagues can nominate any of their peers who they believe best exemplify our core values.

At the end of every quarter, our leadership team reviews all the submissions and selects one colleague as the winner for each value. Not only do our winners receive a prize, but we also publicly recognize them during our quarterly Town Hall.

Let’s see how our latest Peer Recognition winners brought our core values to life last quarter!


Oliver Gohl
Manager, Mid-Market & Channel Sales

Sydney, Australia

Oliver gives 100 percent in every aspect of his AvePoint efforts. In his role, Oliver stands out for continually challenging himself, his team, and our company to advance our efforts with our channel business as well as directly with our customers.

Oliver was recognized for consistently improving the Australia team’s sales rigor, setting a strong example not only for his direct team but also engaging with our colleagues around the world to share best practices and incorporate lessons learned from his own peers.

His agility and continual push for growth is inspiring to us all. Thank you, Oli!



Yuta Nozaki
Lead, Mid-Market Sales

Tokyo, Japan

Last quarter, Yuta went above and beyond to achieve not only his own sales target but to also help his team achieve their overall target.

How? On the last day of Q3, there was one deal still pending customer approval and the team was unsure if it would close in time. Yuta traveled to the customer site, even though it was quite a distance from the AvePoint Japan office.

After meeting with the customer, Yuta was able to persuade them to close the deal. His contagious passion is a key driver for not only his mid-market sales team but for everyone at AvePoint. Congratulations, Yuta!



Sarah Yeliz Wagner
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Munich, Germany

Sarah goes above and beyond her role as a recruiter for AvePoint. She is always willing to help, very professional, and reliable!

Sarah is known as a go-to person in the Munich office, whether it’s hiring new people, helping the local IT team, supporting the People Team and our Office Management, or taking care of our guests from other offices when they’re in town.

No matter what is asked for – or if it’s related to her responsibilities – she is always willing to support. The team atmosphere and a welcoming environment in the office are highly important to her, and this is well reflected in all of her actions. Congratulations, Sarah!
