I am pleased to announce that AvePoint has been named to Inc.'s Best Workplaces list in the software category for the second consecutive year. Earning this recognition again is especially meaningful given the rapidly changing business landscape and the heightened competition among thousands of applicants.

As part of Inc.'s Best Workplaces selection process, our colleagues provided candid feedback about their experiences at AvePoint. Several themes stood out in their responses this year:

  • Many colleagues shared that they feel a strong connection between their day-to-day work and the broader goals of the company. This sense of purpose came through clearly in the feedback. Employees understand not only what they're doing, but why it matters.
  • Opportunities for internal mobility were frequently mentioned, with employees sharing that they feel encouraged to take on new challenges and align their roles with their strengths.
  • Collaboration and support remain central to our culture, with teamwork cited as a defining aspect of the AvePoint experience.

I'm particularly happy to see that our employee engagement scores reached new highs, and colleagues consistently cited teamwork, support, and the freedom to take on new challenges as key elements of their time at AvePoint.

Recognition from Inc. is based on direct feedback from our team as well as a rigorous assessment of our benefits and our workplace practices. The fact that we have achieved this distinction two years in a row is a testament to the consistency and strength of AvePoint's culture. It also reflects our belief that a thriving workplace is built on trust, opportunity, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on sustaining the environment that has driven our success. As we continue to grow and adapt, our culture will remain the foundation of everything we achieve together.
