Growing Presence in the Philippines

Building a strong, scalable presence in the Philippines is vital to AvePoint’s growth objectives. Our strategically located offices in the country provide access to a highly skilled workforce to support our global operations.

Manila, Our Starting Point

AvePoint Philippines started its Philippine journey in 2019 as part of our leadership’s vision to expand globally and tap into world-class talent. The Philippines stood out not only for its skilled workforce but also because it had already become a hub for many international companies.

What started as a small, five-seater office at the SM Mall of Asia, Pasay, quickly expanded. We began with a support team that grew to include hiring for other departments: accounting, marketing, and sales operations for the U.S. market. As our team grew, we moved to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) before ultimately establishing our headquarters on the 5th floor KMC One Ayala Mall, Makati.

Makati Central Business District (CBD) is the country’s premier financial district, making it the perfect base for the AvePoint Philippines branch in Manila. It is home to numerous multinational organizations, providing a dynamic business environment ideal for networking, collaboration, and continuous development.

Accessibility is another key advantage. Our Makati office is in the heart of the country’s financial district, offering access to key transport hubs. It’s a dynamic business environment ideal for collaboration, recruitment, and growth.

The Teams Driving Our Manila Success

Our Manila office has since grown to 120 employees and counting across multiple departments. Among them, the largest teams are Finance, followed by Marketing and Technical Support.

Our Growth Journey in Cebu

In 2022, AvePoint broadened its footprint to Cebu to support our growing operations and strengthen business continuity. While Manila serves as a solid base, having another strategic location ensures operational resilience in case of disruptions. 

What began as a contingency strategy quickly evolved into a strategic advantage. Cebu offered not only a highly capable workforce but also a supportive business environment that aligned with our long-term goals

Our Cebu office at HM Tower, Cebu IT Park, initially focused on business analytics, project management, and sales operations for the Singapore market. Over time, the team expanded to include U.S.-based customer success and a licensing team managing global product licenses. We have also moved into a larger, more vibrant workspace to support our expanding teams.

Our Cebu office is now home to 126 employees across multiple departments. The largest teams include AvePoint Client Services (ACS) - Strategic Consultants, followed by Technical Support and Project Management.
