Platform Restore: Unable to perform Granular Restore from the Platform Backup content

When attempting to perform a Platform Restore, the View Details button is grayed out so the user can only restore the entire Content DB and not granularly.
To resolve:
- Confirm that the Generate Granular Restore Index for last [] backup(s) is selected in the backup plan.
- Confirm that a maintenance schedule has been created. Navigate to Platform Backup and Restore > Plan Manager. Select the Backup Plan, click Edit, and scroll towards the end of the plan.
Also, verify that the permissions for the DocAve Agent Account have been configured as follows:
