Items not being displayed in Connector Library after synchronizing

Details:

After a successful sync, items are not displayed ​in the Connector Library. 

Solution:

  1. Go to Library Settings.
  2. Check if the files are listed in the Manage files which have no checked in version section.
  3. If the files are there, go back into Library Settings and make sure that the Require Check Out option of Versioning Settings is set to No.
  4. Re-sync the items
