MSPs, We’ve Got You Covered With New Elements Platform Updates!

What’s new in the Elements Platform?

Elements simplifies multi-tenant management by providing you with powerful building blocks you can easily incorporate into your managed services practice. This update comes with our commitment to strengthen your growth as an MSP as you build up and expand your service practices and navigate through the evolving needs of the modern workplace

The new Elements Risk Management Package provides customer intelligence to grow your security practice with value-added services. Now you can easily configure, enable, remediate, and report for simplified onboarding and management. Implement standard policy rules for workspace and tenant-level settings with quick paths to view details, set actions, and remediate when needed.

  • Policy Monitor offers refreshed policy reporting so you can easily view customer compliance stats and quickly navigate to Policies for Microsoft 365 to view details and take actions all with a single click! Risk assessment capabilities are now highlighted with clear labels to provide a summary view or detailed reports.
  • Easier and faster onboarding with Nitro! Available through the Elements Dashboard, Nitro provides built-in monitoring, provisioning, and templatizing capabilities. Nitro builds on risk management by surfacing compliance issues, making it faster and easier than ever to apply, manage, and monitor policies in your customer tenants with the new Directory, Template Management, and Job Monitor pages available on the platform. Check out this blog post to learn about how Nitro can help fuel your managed services practice!

Elements now offers a Multi-SaaS Backup View where you can access metrics right from the dashboard on the backup status of all the Cloud Backup products you have enabled, including Azure (new with this release!), Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.

Elements and ConnectWise integration continues to expand with even more options to manage and improve operational efficiency on billing and invoicing. With this release, you can now configure alerts and ticketing across multi-tenants.

This release also offers a new toolkit of resources that will help support your go-to-market motions around ransomware resiliency and risk management. The Risk Assessment Toolkit provides all the resources you need to minimize security and compliance risk, including ways for you to help expand business opportunities and prove more value in collaboration security. The Ransomware Resiliency Toolkit will alert you of any unusual activity right from the Elements dashboard when you enable Ransomware Detection within Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365. Be sure to check out the Resources section on the platform where you can access e-books, templates, presentations, and more!
