COVID-19 Update From AvePoint CEO: Serving Singapore with Agility, Teamwork and Passion

There is no doubt that we are in the middle of the event of historical significance: with the rapidly escalating severity of COVID-19 situation on both national and global level, Singapore Government declared to enforce strict “circuit breaker” counter measures to combat COVID-19, which will take effect until 4th May 2020.

AvePoint Singapore, as an essential service provider for public and private sector alike in APAC region, remains in operation from strict work-from-home basis. Customer site/office visitation operate on an essential services basis while adhering to a strict safety protocols when the situation requires.

The health and safety of AvePoint staff, their family members, and their communities are top of mind for AvePoint management team. My team and I are in contact sync calls with one another to ensure our employees feel safe and supported to perform at their best capability to serve our valued customers and partners.

As I mentioned in the previous update letter, AvePoint workforce has embraced Microsoft cloud technology from a few years back and quickly established the position of thought leader in the field. AvePoint members take advantage of the scalability and flexibility of remote work made possible by Microsoft cloud to come together with their teammates, customers and partners from their homes – just like they always have done so in the office.

As a co-founder/CEO of this incredible global team, I am constantly amazed and humbled by their work. They make informed decisions quickly, exchange their opinions freely to reach to the best result, and offer support to each other on the cloud platform.

AvePoint employees are true embodiment of our company core values: agility, teamwork and passion. Nothing makes me prouder and more humbled to witness their determination to keep serving the customers with their expertise with the help of their teammates.

Many of our online campaigns to enable our customers to work better from anywhere & anytime comes from our field members, who has been working with our customers closely to help them overcome their pain-points. Uncertain and anxious the situation might be, AvePoint members are pushing forward courageously to help our customers to move forward, focusing on what we can control to the best of our professional abilities.
