Connecting and Collaborating at SharePoint Conference North America 2018

I’m thrilled to be joining the SharePoint Community at this year’s SharePoint Conference North America in Las Vegas, Nevada May 21-23.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to hear about the latest SharePoint and Office 365 innovations from Microsoft.

Meeting with and learning from fellow SharePoint community colleagues while networking and engaging with industry leaders – it’s going to be a great three days! While you’re here, I would love for you to join me in the following sessions that I will be facilitating:

  1. 5 Steps to Build an FAQ Knowledgebase with Communication Sites

A good FAQ knowledgebase can be a powerful resource for your organization. In addition to providing a centralized repository of relevant information, you’re able to establish a robust self-service support model that your organization can take advantage of.

With SharePoint communication sites, you can easily create an FAQ Knowledgebase. It enables you to keep people up-to-date with news, and informed about product launches, campaigns, events, and policies. They’re the building blocks for an FAQ knowledgebase that connects the workplace, supporting communication and fostering engagement.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn the 5 steps to effectively build an FAQ knowledgebase with communication sites that is modern, fast, beautiful, and natively mobile.

  1. Accelerate SharePoint Success: How to Best Plan, Manage and Control Migration Projects

In the last 15 years, Microsoft SharePoint has greatly shifted the paradigm in enterprise collaboration and information migration management. Organizations today continue to invest in this business enablement platform and many are in the process of upgrading and migrating to the next generation version of SharePoint on-premises, cloud and even hybrid environment.

To deliver successful SharePoint migration projects, having an effective business strategy, migration framework, and project management approach is paramount. Executive support, proper planning, realistic project team and appropriately managing expectations are crucial to ensure SharePoint migration success.

  1. Project Management Success with Office 365: SharePoint, Planner and Project Online

In today’s mobile and project-centric work environment, the ability to coordinate multiple projects with distributed teams and making high-level strategic decisions based upon consolidated project progress, risk and resource usage information is critical.
When it comes to project management, every individual, team, and organization has unique needs. Microsoft’s vision for project management is to enable individuals and teams to choose the tool that is the best fit for their specific project while still delivering the visibility their organization needs to ensure focus on the right priorities.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn how all the solutions across Office 365. These include how SharePoint, Planner, Microsoft Teams and Project Online fit together so you can chart a realistic approach to project management for your organization that will deliver immediate value today and drive lasting success tomorrow.
