H3 Solutions Gives Customers Confidence in the Cloud with the AvePoint Privacy Impact Assessment System

In just over two months since its release, the AvePoint Privacy Impact Asessment (APIA) system has already proven to be a valuable tool for many organizations looking to automate the process of evaluating, assessing, and reporting on privacy implications of their IT systems. As of this writing, it is being used by 1,355 practitioners across 57 industries and in 66 countries. One of the companies taking advantage of APIA is H3 Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that is best known for its cloud-based service Mobile Entrée, which is a mobile platform for Microsoft SharePoint.

With APIA, H3 Solutions was able to:

  • Set up automated Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process for its cloud environment within two weeks, saving a significant amount of time that would be required to carry out PIAs manually
  • Eliminate the possibility of human error throughout PIA process through automation and ensure all relevant stakeholders across the organization were involved using workflows and email reminders
  • Furnish reports for customers proving that cloud services do not access or store personal data, complying with privacy regulations

To learn more about how H3 Solutions benefits from APIA, please read the new case study.

Want to try APIA yourself? The solution is available now as a free download exclusively from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

To learn even more about APIA, be sure to join our webinar at 11am ET on Wednesday, May 28.  The webinar will feature representatives from both AvePoint and IAPP offering tips for installing, configuring, and using APIA. Please note that you must create a free account with IAPP to register for the webinar.
