This guest post comes from Yi Ning, Vice President of AvePoint Partner Services (APPS), which enables partners and customers to utilize AvePoint’s vast developer resources – the world’s largest SharePoint-exclusive group of its kind – to deliver custom-built solutions, services, and applications that unleash SharePoint’s full potential and meet organizations’ specific business objectives. This is part of our "In AvePoint's Own Words" blog series - Click here for more information.  At the annual AvePoint Management Summit in Jersey City, NJ, it was a real pleasure to meet all regional leaders from around the world. As Vice President of AvePoint Partner Services (APPS) and leading a global team to provide premium services to our customers and partners, my 2011 was fruitful, exciting, and full of fun. I have witnessed how our regional offices brought in projects to my APPS team, and how we delivered services of only the highest standard. The experience of meeting face-to-face all the managers from our 25 offices on 5 continents is so much more profound than Instant Messages or emails. Their stories from the field are so vivid and fascinating that from time to time I thought I was there with them, from the winter of Alberta to the summer of Australia. We all believe premium services coupled with best-in-class products distinguish AvePoint among our competitors, and help the global SharePoint community stop worrying on product comparison charts and focus on their exact business requirements, however custom those could be.

As Vice President of Content & Communications at AvePoint, Chris is responsible for all external and internal corporate marketing communications. Chris brings more than 15 years of experience to his role at AvePoint, previously holding roles at EisnerAmper, BASF, MetLife and CRM Magazine. Chris received two American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE) awards for feature articles on salesforce.com and generational trends.
