Hello from Stockholm! As you may know, the 2015 edition of European SharePoint Conference is well underway at Stockholmsmässan. Microsoft’s Jeff Teper, Seth Patton and Bill Baer kicked off the event and gave attendees an inside look into the future of SharePoint, both on-premises and in the cloud. Developers, IT pros, end users, and other attendees were given a comprehensive breakdown of the latest innovations in SharePoint and Office 365 technologies, including an inside scoop on SharePoint 2016 and Office 365 Next Gen Portals as well as practical, actionable advice on how to leverage SharePoint 2013.
In case you missed them, the keynotes will be available for on-demand viewing on the European SharePoint Conference website.
Since it opened, AvePoint’s booth (#27-28) has been filled with excitement. People are stopping by to learn about our latest solutions and products, discuss trending topics and questions with our subject matter experts, and partake in our special activities: They also got books signed by Vice President of AvePoint Client Services Randy Williams and Microsoft SharePoint MVP Wictor Wilén, spun the wheel of fortune, and entered to win our AvePoint-red Parrot Bebop Drone.
Of course, there was plenty of buzz around the AvePoint RED Party – our highly anticipated after-hours event held on Tuesday, Nov 10. People queued patiently at the booth to get one of the last remaining tickets. Together with customers, partners, community leaders, and friends, AvePoint celebrated throughout the night at Ambassadeur in Stockholm. Thanks to everyone who joined us this year!
Although the week is winding down, we aren’t finished yet! Today the giveaway of our Parrot Bebop Drone takes place at our booth (#27-28). Stay tuned to find out who is the lucky winner!
What’s been your highlight of European SharePoint Conference 2015 so far? Let us know by leaving a comment below!
My highlight of the event was catching up with the EU community. On thing I can say is that the delegates at the event really do “Get it”. What I mean by that is they understand the vision that Microsoft has for the ever-evolving state of SharePoint. They asked really good questions and made the most out of their investment being at the event. Looking forward to 2016 in Vienna!
