Details:

When During the pre-installation check of the DocAve Manager installation, the ASP.NET version fails the check even though the version meets minimum requirements.

Solution:

  1. Check the RootVer in the Registry edit table in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ASP.NET
  2. If the RootVer does not exist, open a command prompt and enter the following command:C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727>aspnet_regiis.exe -i
