Details:
When running the DocAve 5 to DocAve 6 upgrade tool, if the database cannot be upgraded and you encounter the following error:
SQLServerException: This driver is not configured for integrated authentication
Cause:
The installer is on a machine that does not have Java installed.
Solution:
Check the network UNC path is indicating a machine that has Java installed before running the upgrade tool on its local drive.
