This year’s honor recognizes our work on AvePoint Citizen Services, and we’re humbled to receive the 2017 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for Public Sector: Microsoft CityNext.

The Microsoft CityNext award honors partners whose solutions address challenges for cities, and AvePoint Citizen Services helps cities keep their infrastructure in excellent shape with the help of local citizens reporting issues in real-time.

AvePoint Citizen Services enables government agencies or citizen-support non-government organizations (NGOs) to automate case management and incident reporting – a feature that allows field officers, operational centers, and the citizens they support to input and manage requests from any device, anywhere, at any time. Our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution is entirely built on Microsoft Cloud technology – including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Cortana Intelligence Suite, Cortana Personal Assistant, and Windows 10 – and is available to try now through Microsoft AppSource.

This program has enabled us to develop and deliver solutions that harness the power of the Microsoft Cloud to help public sector agencies modernize operations, maximize efficiency, and better support citizens.
