Partners, Customers and Industry Leaders Convene in Arlington, VA
This past Wednesday, June 6th, AvePoint Public Sector hosted our first annual open house in Arlington, Virginia! For an entire afternoon partners, customers and industry leaders packed our office to network, learn about our latest solutions and sample local treats.
The open house allowed us to introduce AvePoint Philanthropy for the first time in AvePoint Public Sector history. We’re very proud of this worldwide initiative to give back to the community! This year we had the fortune of supporting the inspiring charity Girls Who Code.
Girls Who Code aims to close the gender gap in the IT industry. They support after school programs for girls between 6th and 12th grade to learn about coding and work on coding projects, all the while bonding with other avid female coders.
We’re incredibly excited that we could provide a platform for everyone to come together and discuss Girls Who Code and AvePoint’s latest innovative solutions. Check out some pictures from the event below and visit our Facebook page for more!
So, what did we talk about?
Implementing an extensible SharePoint and Office 365 governance strategy that empowers users, is easy to maintain, and scales as an organization grows.
Addressing the growing concerns around regulatory compliance, data protection, cyber security, cloud security, data disposition, data classification, and data governance.
Maintaining the balance of records management policies and the ability for users to quickly find relevant information in Office 365 and SharePoint.
Maximizing productivity for organizations by ensuring fast and reliable technology through controls over performance and stability, information architecture and data security.
AvePoint Open House Highlights

Thank you again to everyone who was able to make it on Wednesday. We can’t wait to see even more of you next year!
