From #SharePoint to #MicrosoftTeams: Bolster your Knowledge at Collab365 Global Conference!

Hey y’all! Dux Raymond Sy, CMO of AvePoint here. We can all agree that knowledge is power, right? Well in today’s workplace, the right knowledge can take your business to the next level and the right tools and know-how can be the difference between getting work done and getting lost in the chaos.

For those of you looking to learn more about a variety of collaboration products and services in the Microsoft ecosystem, I’ll be co-hosting three sessions at the virtual Collab365 Global Conference 2017 between November 1st and 2nd and just wanted to give everyone a little heads up as to what you can expect! I, along with more than 100 speakers from around the world will be providing you with knowledge and insight around SharePoint, Office 365, Flow, PowerApps, Azure, OneDrive for Business, and of course, Microsoft Teams, which is gaining more and more popularity every day.

This event is the perfect opportunity for folks from all across organizations to hear industry experts break down a variety of topics from the world of enterprise collaboration.

For my first session, I’ll be joining Richard Vine, Information Collaboration Application Lead – IT Design for Dyson and Andy Talbot, SharePoint & Office 365 Consultant at Nando’s & Collab365 Live Show Host, as we tackle Microsoft Teams along with Dyson in the session called “Microsoft Teams and Dyson” This session will teach you how to leverage Teams in a large organization, how to use Teams to create a positive impact, and how to use Teams to facilitate multi-generational cross-org collaboration. This session will take place at 10 a.m. UTC on Thursday, November 2nd.

Another session I’ll be co-hosting is called “Globally Deployed SharePoint 2016 User Adoption – A Real Story!”. I, along with Andy Talbot and Deon, a global not-for-profit organization, will tell you all about success stories around SharePoint 2016 adoption. We’ll talk about how folks made it work before, during, and after their migrations, powerful planning and communications, expect the unexpected, continuous evolution, and practical suggestions when it comes to SharePoint 2016 adoption. Those who are curious about SharePoint and Office 365 adoption and more could greatly benefit from attending this session – from administrators, to IT architects, to C level execs.

My next session, “Microsoft’s Modern Message – What Does it Mean?” will be hosted by Mott MacDonald’s Simon Denton, Nando’s consultant and Collab365 Live Show Host Andy Talbot, and myself and will walk you through the particulars of Microsoft’s “modern workplace” as well as how Mott MacDonald are implementing it. This session will focus on Office 365 and SharePoint and will benefit employees from an admin level all the way up to C level executives.

This session will be hosted remotely at 4 p.m. UTC on Thursday, November 2nd. For those who’d like to register, you can do so here!
