The first step is to be clear and regularly remind our colleagues what we mean by agility, passion, and teamwork.

At AvePoint, it’s important to constantly remind and reward our colleagues when they exemplify our core values in the course of their work. Our peer recognition program allows our colleagues to nominate one another for putting our core values into practice. At the end of every quarter, we review all submissions and select one colleague as the winner for each value. We then share their story publicly during our global town hall.

Roberto quickly pivoted and educated the prospect on best practices for proper storage optimization of their environment and how AvePoint could help.
As a result, the customer not only purchased Cloud Backup but also Cloud Archiving. It’s an example of how Roberto is nimble in finding the best solution for customers and prospects, no matter the scenario.

As the company continues to invest in empowering our sales teams to be successful, Audrey led the rollout of a new sales tool and process. She went out of her way to hold multiple office hour sessions and address all the questions she received from sellers to ensure the rollout was on-time, impactful, and adopted.
