We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven Account-Based Experience (ABX) Specialist to support the delivery of high-impact marketing programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams and sales to execute personalized touchpoints, coordinate event logistics, adapt tailored content, and track account engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of integrated ABX plays across digital channels, direct mail, virtual events, and partner touchpoints.
- Content Personalization: Adapt existing marketing assets, messaging, and sales enablement materials to align with specific account priorities and buying personas.
- Event & Experience Logistics: Coordinate execution details for multi-channel initiatives, including regional workshops, executive dinners, and custom account experiences.
- Account Tracking & Reporting: Monitor account-level engagement signals, maintain clean campaign tracking in our CRM, and build weekly performance summaries.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales and customer success teams with account-specific marketing materials, event invite templates, and follow-up assets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience (exposure to ABM/ABX, demand generation, or field marketing preferred).
- Execution Focus: Highly organized with a track record of supporting multi-channel campaigns on time and with attention to detail.
- Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience using standard marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or ABM tools like 6sense/Demandbase).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable writing tailored outreach copy.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to build relationships with cross-functional peers in sales, field marketing, and design.

The Salary Range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
