Hey y’all, Dux here. We just finished having an absolutely huge Microsoft Ignite 2019 over at AvePoint, and while I was there I had the chance to sit down with my friend Lani Phillips and discuss what makes partnerships at Microsoft so special.

One particular highlight of our conversation was when Lani highlighted the growth mindset of Microsoft. They’re constantly trying to create moments where they can learn from their partners and customers to solve problems and build together, be it through hackathons or think tanks. Just like I always say, it’s better to be a learn-it-all than a know-it-all.

You can find plenty of other fascinating tidbits in the full video below. And be sure to give my Ignite session on generational diversity a watch!
