When will the conference take place?

Where is it located?
#shifthappens Conference takes place at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRBITC) in Washington, DC. The address is 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004. Registration will take place in the Atrium on the Concourse Level.
How do I get there?

The Federal Triangle Metro Station (orange/blue/silver lines) is located on-site and is connected to the building by covered passageway. The Metro Center Metro Station (red line) is located just two blocks away.

  • One at 13 ½ Street and Pennsylvania Avenue

Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website by end of August.
How can my organization become a conference sponsor?
Sponsorships will be available starting May through sponsor@shifthappens.to. Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so reach out today to secure your interest.
What services are available for special needs and requests?
#shifthappens encourages persons with disabilities to participate in their programs and activities. Please contact info@shifthappens.to no later than Friday, September 8th, to request ASL interpreter services or other accommodations for special needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that #shifthappens with work schedules. As this is a free event, you are free to cancel your attendee registration at any time. Please email registration@shifthappens.to to cancel your registration. This allows us to free up the seat for another attendee.
