Emma Bookspan

Emma Bookspan is currently a technical operations manager, specializing in M365 Administration and macOS/Windows.

Emma loves to help people on her team work with the task at hand, as well as maintain the current process in place. It is a priority of hers to make sure that everyone is learning, growing, and most importantly, having fun, while at the same time, processes are followed, tasks are completed to the standard, and projects are completed successfully and on time. She also loves to find patterns/problems, audit them, and make sure that a solid solution is found in a timely fashion.

Emma enjoys working with the client, making sure that their needs are met, and that requests that they make are completed the best of my ability. It is important to her that clients get the best experience.
