The following file types are checked during the Media Connector sync process prior to the Thumbnail process.Image Types.bmp, .emf, .exif, .gif, .jpeg/.jpg, .png, .tiff, .icon/.ico, .wmfVideo Types
.wmv, .wma, .mp3, .flv, .aac, .mp4, .vp6, .avi, .asf, .ape, .aiff, .au, .cd, .dat, .dvd, .divx, .mpeg, .mpg, .mov, .mid, .ogg, .ra, .rm, .rmvb, .qt, .svcd, .vcd, .vqf, .wav, .m4v, .mkv, .vob
In the thumbnail generation process, DocAve downloads the entire file to the Agent Server, generates the thumbnail, places the thumbnail in a column in the library, and then deletes both the thumbnail and the file from the Agent Server.
