1,000+ Privacy Pros Can’t Be Wrong

I’m excited to share that we reached a new milestone with our AvePoint Privacy Impact Assessment (APIA) solution this week: More than 1,000 practitioners have downloaded the software! At the time of this writing, practitioners from 56 industries and 51 countries have downloaded APIA, proving that the need for this system stretches across both verticals and geography. With the opportunity to modernize and automate the often manual work of the privacy impact assessments (PIAs) that companies need to perform on a regular basis for free, it’s no surprise that privacy professionals worldwide are taking to APIA.

For those who have downloaded the product already, we want to hear from you! Let us know your feedback on APIA, advice on what you’ve found to be most effective in your PIAs, and trends you’re seeing around PIAs throughout the privacy community. Visit us at the APIA Forum here on the AvePoint Community to join the conversation! Keep an eye out there for announcements about the future of APIA as well.

For those who have yet to download the product, I encourage you to try it out today. APIA is absolutely free and available for download today from the world-renowned International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). APIA can help you automate the process of evaluating, assessing, and reporting on the privacy implications of your enterprise IT systems in order to:

  • Comply with privacy regulations
  • Automate PIAs
  • Report on PIAs for stakeholder review
  • Extend to security and vulnerability assessments
