Dr. Tianyi (TJ) Jiang
CEO and Co-Founder, AvePointDr. Tianyi (TJ) Jiang oversees product strategy and business development for AvePoint’s global businesses, and is one of the main architects in guiding AvePoint’s evolution to become a Collaboration Enabler, focusing on helping enterprises in their digitization journey to enable employees to collaborate with confidence. Prior to co-founding AvePoint, TJ’s career focus was on designing and implementing fix-income trading systems, global equity program trading platforms, credit risk modeling, and conducting research in Data Mining.
Jason Beal
SVP, Global Channel & Partner Ecosystems, AvePointJason Beal is the Senior Vice President of Global Channels & Partner Ecosystem for AvePoint where he is growing the business through multiple indirect routes to market. Today, Jason is committed to building relationships with managed service providers (MSPs), solution providers, and systems integrators, as well as expanding AvePoint’s global distribution networks and cloud market presence.
Sam Valme
Global Partner Experience Director, AvePointSam heads AvePoint’s public sector Solution Engineering Teams working closely with government agencies on their migration strategies and plans. Sam has in-depth expertise working with federal clients such as the Department of State, NASA, and the Defense Health Agency among others to ensure their success in SharePoint and Office 365.

An award-winning product marketer and technology evangelist, Christian's almost 30-year tech career has included Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Evangelist for several leading SharePoint ISVs, and he was part of the Microsoft team that launched the hosted SharePoint platform in Office 365.
He has worked with some of the world’s largest technology companies to build and deploy social, collaboration, and supply chain solutions, and sold his first software startup to Rational Software in 2001.
