Securing your Future: Finding Order in Your Data Chaos
Governance, Risk and Value in the Age of Collaboration
Bob Bob Ricard City of London, Level 3, 122 Leadenhall St, London EC3V 4AB
September 18, 2025 | 12.30 - 4.00pm

Join us for an intimate lunch and expert-led roundtable at the iconic Bob Bob Ricard, as we unpack today’s most pressing unstructured data challenges—and the strategic opportunities hidden within them.
We’ll learn how your peers, from leading organisations, are rethinking their approach to unstructured data systems like M365 and Google Workplace, balancing ownership with governance, and building a culture where data becomes an asset rather than a liability.

Discussion highlights will include:
Unstructured Data: Create a culture of shared accountability around unstructured data—where ownership is clear, guardrails are in place, and the business is empowered to manage data responsibly and sustainably.
Risk Mitigation & Digital Security Posture: Drawing on Gartner’s Digital Security Posture Management principles, we’ll explore how to identify and neutralise hidden threats—where are the grenades in your collaboration platforms?
- Lifecycle Management: Why holding on to every piece of data is costing more than you think—and how to implement smart retention strategies.
- Value Generation: Leveraging data intelligence tools to unlock insights and empower users to extract real, actionable value.

The afternoon will begin with a drinks and canapés reception, followed by presentations from Chris Lord, who brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles, and Peter Bradley, an AvePoint's product strategy leader.
Throughout the session, guests will enjoy a three-course meal alongside further discussion and networking opportunities.
