The hosting and value-added reseller (VAR) agreements will enable Rackspace to offer the following AvePoint solutions to new or existing customers:

• Backup: DocAve provides business-aware, comprehensive, SLA-driven protection of SharePoint environments, addressing the need for a fast, flexible, and intelligent backup solution. Backup and Restore provides full-fidelity backup and recovery, from an individual content item to an entire SharePoint environment and all of its farm-level components, maintaining all metadata, security settings, and version histories.
• Reporting: DocAve presents administrators, business stakeholders, and content owners a comprehensive understanding of their SharePoint environments. By generating customizable reports and alerts, users can easily view and monitor the entire platform as well as individual sites usage, topology, performance, storage trends, and SharePoint social activity.
• Content Management: DocAve comprehensively migrates, copies, and restructures SharePoint apps, content, sites, and topology within or across SharePoint environments – whether on-premises or hosted in Microsoft Office 365.
