How to Qualify for ECI Funding?
To participate in the Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI), your organisation should meet the following baseline requirements:
Singapore-Registered Entity
Your business must be registered or incorporated and physically operating in Singapore.
Executive Sponsorship
A CEO or equivalent-level leader must sponsor and support the initiative.
Minimum Local Workforce
Total organisation headcount based in Singapore should be at least 10 employees.
Established Tech Capabilities
A technology team of at least 2 members (e.g., software engineers, AI engineers, and/or data scientists).
AI Development Experience
Prior experience building a custom AI solution for proof of concept and/or wider deployment.
Data
Readiness
Accessible datasets available to support the proposed AI use case.
Financial Capacity
Adequate financial resources to ensure successful project completion.
Use Case Assessment
Proposed AI use case must deliver business or industry impact through process improvement, new products, R&D, or ecosystem contribution.
