How to Qualify for ECI Funding?
To participate in the Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI), your organisation should meet the following baseline requirements:
Singapore-Registered Entity
Your business must be registered or incorporated and physically operating in Singapore
Executive Sponsorship
A CEO or equivalent-level leader must sponsor and support the initiative
Minimum Local Workforce
Total organisation headcount based in Singapore should be at least 10 employees
Established Tech Capabilities
Your organisation must have two or more tech employees (e.g. software engineers, AI engineers, data scientists)
AI Development Experience
Prior experience building a custom AI solution for proof of concept and/or wider deployment

Readiness
Datasets must be accessible to support your proposed AI use case
Financial Capacity
Sufficient financial resources to ensure the project can be carried through to completion
Use Case Assessment
Proposed AI use case must show a clear business or industry benefit, backed by measurable results
