As AvePoint's Head of Research & Development, Wei is responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment of the Company's software to accelerate AvePoint's product portfolio. He also leads the AvePoint AI program, which is aimed at integrating artificial intelligence across all aspects of the Company's external product offerings and internal operations, to provide greater customer value and drive greater internal efficiencies.
Experience and Area of Expertise:
Wei has been an integral part of AvePoint’s technical organization for more than 15 years, including his prior role as Chief Technology Officer.

Wei is a graduate of New York University – Polytechnic School of Engineering and Baruch College.
