When performing Granular Backup jobs, a user may encounter the following error: Error message: Error occurred in WriteData. The error is generic, but if you search the agent logs you may find the following exception: ANS1361E (RC61) Session Rejected: The specified node name is currently locked. This exception is caused by Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) device errors. Review IBM’s article on ANS1361E for more information.
To solve this issue, users should notify their TSM team to look into the issue and error message.
