If you are trying to download logs in the Log Manager and no window pops up to save or open the logs, the Internet Explorer browser is probably blocking the download.
To solve this issue, complete the following steps:
- Open your browser and open the Internet Options settings.
- Open the Security tab.
- Select Trusted Sites.
- Click the Sites button.
- Ensure the DocAve Manager URL is stored under the list of trusted sites.
- Select the Custom Level button.
- Ensure your security settings for Downloads and ActiveX controls are configured according to the screen shots below.
