Platform Restore job completes with “given key was not present in the dictionary” error

Details:
If a Platform Restore job completes with exceptions and the following error message appears in the job report, there are insufficient permissions in place for the SQL Agent.
The given key was not present in the dictionary.
To solve this issue, give the DBO permission for Master DB to the SQL Agent.
