Details:
Issues with images not replicating after a scheduled DocAve replication job may be caused by explicit mapping filter logic.
First, confirm that the plan settings contain a site collection to site collection mapping, that the image was created within a source library, and no customized feature or solution was related to this image.
To fix this issue, complete the following steps:
- Collect the logs, job report, screenshots, and determine how the image was created.
- Check for the following log message: List [Images] is explicit, be filtered in primary. It indicates the source problematic library hosting the image was filtered out by DocAve Replicator.
- Check if a mapping of this library has been configured for any existing Replicator plan. If so, the result is expected behavior because DocAve filters out the lower level content (for example, a library) if a mapping exists of a container hosting this content (for example, a site collection). If this type of mapping is not found, continue to the next steps.
- Navigate to … Agent\data\sp2007\replicator2008\GlobalInfo.
- Collect the GlobalInfo file.
- Schedule a WebEx meeting with the user find the mapping.
- Delete the mapping.
- Re-run a Replicator job. The image should now replicate correctly.
