Failed to connect to the Control Service when exporting Security Search report

Details:
After running a Security Search then clicking Export for Editing, the following error appears:Failed to connect to the Control Service. Please check the network or the Control Service status and try again.
Solution:
- Enable file download in Internet Options.
- In internet options, lower the security level.
- Add manager IP address to the Local Intranet in Internet Options.
- Make sure the Silverlight version is 5 both on the problematic server and the physical Manager server.
