Details:
DocAve Manager setup.exe installation will not start.
SYMPTOMS:
When double-clicking on the setup.exe file to install DocAve Manager, nothing happens. The user is running as local admin.
CAUSE:
This issue occurs if the user only unzips the setup.exe file, not the entire folder.
SOLUTION:
Unzip the entire folder and run the setup.exe file.
