SYMPTOMS:

Attempts to upgrade from DocAve version 4.3 generate the following error: An error occured while loading nodes count.

CAUSE:

The cause of this issue is a lack or permission to the following folder C:\Program Files\AvePoint\DocAve4\VaultClient

SOLUTION:

​Use an administrative account or apply the necissary permissions.
