Details:

​The interface for adding departments manually does not display entirely when using Compatibility Mode in Internet Explorer.
To resolve this issue:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Compatibility View Settings in Internet Explorer’s menu.
  2. In the Compatibility View Settings interface, uncheck the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View checkbox. Compatibility View Settings.jpg
  3. Click Close to save your configurations.
