Issue:
WebParts are showing as Unavailable, and the Sync button in the ribbon is disabled.
Cause:
When upgrading from 6.0.0 to 6.2.0, XSL file links may not be updated correctly. This causes the WebParts to reference an invalid XSL file, affecting the view of certain WebParts causing them to show as unavailable. Certain Connector libraries may also have the sync button in the ribbon disabled, even with proper permissions in place.
