Internet Explorer browser cache must be cleared after upgrading to DocAve 5.8.0.0. To do so:
- With your Internet Explorer window open: Press F12 on your keyboard to access the developer tools
- Click Cache
- Select Clear browser cache…
- Click Yes in the confirmation window.
