Details:

Internet Explorer browser cache must be cleared after upgrading to DocAve 5.8.0.0. To do so:

  1. With your Internet Explorer window open: Press F12 on your keyboard to access the developer tools
  2. Click Cache
  3. Select Clear browser cache…
  4. Click Yes in the confirmation window.
