Details:
The issue involves a backup job that pauses by itself randomly.
SYMPTOMS:
When running any kind of backup job, the job pauses.
CAUSE:
This is due to the Physical Device running out of space. In 5.7.0.0, DocAve pauses the job instead of failing it. The job fails in older versions of DocAve.
SOLUTION:
To resolve the issue, create more disk space or cancel the job. Please note that all subsequent jobs will skip if that job remains paused.
