Abby Quinn is a Federal Customer Success Manager, she started working for Microsoft in 2018 after graduating from Texas Christian University with an Entrepreneurial Management degree. The focus of her role is to help Federal organizations successfully transition to using Microsoft Teams. She is PROSCI certified and an expert in adoption and change management practices. She energetically pursues solving problems and is known for her enthusiasm. When Abby isn’t talking about Teams you’ll find her at the dog park near her home in Washington DC, chasing her 2 year old dachshund, Phoebe.
