First and foremost, great work on the PIA tool and thank you for making it available to the Privacy Community. While I am happy to provide additional details (or examples of the following functionality), please consider the following enhancements requests.

1.) Add “Repeating Tables” – It would be great to present questions and answers in tabular form; I find that tabular presentation is a positive user experience. As to the implementation of a table support, administrators should be able add question/answer sets across the table columns; while users should need the ability to add a new “row” for each entry needed.

2.) Add “skip logic” – I believe Perry D. may have indicated this feature previously as “Conditional Responses/Actions”. To further illustrate the need here, users truly appreciate answering only the information pertinent to their situation, rather than sift through questions that are not applicable. Therefore, Administrators should be able to define, based on the user’s response to defined answer set (e.g. – pick list, multiple select, etc.); which questions to display/hide to the user next.

    Thank you for your consideration!

    Chris
